Position Overview We are currently seeking a Clinical Specialist, Pharmacy for our Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship located at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This is a full time position and is benefits eligible. Hours will be scheduled on day shift Monday through Friday. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Contribute to the development of staff within the health system on antimicrobial related needs Candidate will be the Pharmacy lead for the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP) Be a key member and leader of a multidisciplinary program Have the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively among leaders in other departments and divisions Provide high quality clinical services in the area of infectious diseases Candidate will be required to staff at least one shift per month
Requirements Our ideal candidate will have: BS or PharmD (preferred) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy PGY2 training in Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship is preferred Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist At least 3 years of experience as a clinical registered pharmacist (excluding externships as a pharmacy student)
