Register below. Registration deadline is Friday, January 21, at 9:00 am. This program is free to ICHP members. However, those who do not attend and do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the program will be charged $50 to cover expenses. Pre-registration is required. Please bring a copy of your email registration confirmation with you to the meeting.

Seating is limited to the first 50 people. Student seating will limited to the first 10 students. Student registration is full.

      Attendees must complete a program evaluation online and may immediately print their statements of continuing pharmacy education credit at www.CESally.com.

      Target Audience: This knowledge-based activity was developed for Health-System Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

      PTCB requires CPhTs to submit 20 hours of pharmacy technician-specific (‘T-specific’) continuing pharmacy education (CPE) to qualify for recertification. Please advise all pharmacy technicians at your site of this change. As an ACPE accredited provider, ICHP will continue to include Technician specific programming in most if not all of our CPE programming.

      Faculty Disclosure: It is the policy of ICHP to ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all of its education programs.
