ICHP Staff Is On the Job - But at Home

March 20, 2020

Starting Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 5pm, the Governor has shuttered all non-essential businesses and asked Illinois citizens to shelter in place (stay at home) through April 7, 2020. ICHP is complying with this order but still working for you!  We are all at home and connected, accepting voicemails and e-mails as they arrive and working with the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation along with other government agencies and the Governor’s office to help you do what you do – serve your patients.

We will be on the job during regular business hours and will work to get you answers and resources you need as quickly as we can.  Please know that we are doing our best to work alongside you.  We will bring you updates as they arrive to us and if you have any questions pertaining to waivers or relaxation of regulations and standards, please forward them to us and we will do our best to get answers and resources to you.

Find our emails on the Staff Directory page.

We hope this new way of life is short-lived but also realize that we will never be able to go back to the “old way” after this.  Hang in there and hang together.

Scott A. Meyers, Executive Vice President
Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists
