ICHP Position Statement - Direct-To-Consumer Advertising of Prescription and Nonprescription Medications
The Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists (ICHP) urges Congress and the FDA to ban all direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising of prescription medications, medication-containing devices, and dietary supplements.
