Register online below. Registration deadline is Monday, August 15, 2022 at 5:00 pm. This program is free to ICHP members. However, those who do not attend and do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the program will be charged $50.

Pre-registration is required. Please bring a copy of your email registration confirmation with you to the meeting.

Seating is limited. Student seating will limited to the first 5 students.

Learning Objectives for Pharmacists (Application-based):
  1. Apply clinical data of combination therapy regimens into treatment strategies utilized in the management of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
  2. Explore challenges associated with the management of PAH and the appropriate use of combination therapy
  3. Document ways a pharmacist may improve adherence, slow disease progression, and optimize outcomes for patients with PAH
