Pharmacists & Pharmacy Technicians
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify individuals to educate about the dangers of medication sharing among youth.
  2. Review strategies to encourage proper methods of drug disposal by patients.
  3. Discuss actions that can be taken by pharmacy staff to ensure safe practices to prevent drug diversion.

For PTCB recertification, CPhTs may use up to 5 hours of P-Specific CE credit hours and CPhT-Adv up to 10 hours of P-specific credit hours.
