Completion of the evaluation and the assessment questions are required to receive CE credit. Proof of completion will be posted in NABP CPE Monitor profiles. No partial credit will be given.

Any resident or fellow presentation is reviewed by a content specialist preceptor. These disclosures will be available at the program.
Activity Evaluation & CPE Submission Requirements: In order to receive continuing pharmacy education credit, attendees must complete an activity evaluation and CPE submission online at www.CESally.com. After successful CPE submission, attendees may print their official CPE Monitor Transcript through their CPE Monitor account at www.NABP.net. For PTCB recertification, CPhTs may use up to 5 hours of P-Specific CE credit hours and CPhT-Adv up to 10 hours of P-specific credit hours.
