The Illinois Council of Health System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This activity provides 1 contact hour (0.1 CEU) of continuing pharmacy education credit. ACPE Universal Activity Number (UANs) 0121-0000-22-039-L03-P & 0121-0000-22-039-L03-T. Attendees must complete a program evaluation and CPE submission online at
www.CESally.com. After successful CPE submission to CPE Monitor, attendees may print their statements of continuing pharmacy education credit at
NABP.pharmacy.
Target Audience: This application-based activity was developed for Health-System Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
PTCB requires CPhTs to submit 20 hours of pharmacy technician-specific (‘T-specific’) continuing pharmacy education (CPE) to qualify for recertification. Please advise all pharmacy technicians at your site of this change. As an ACPE accredited provider, ICHP will continue to include Technician specific programming in most if not all of our CPE programming. For PTCB recertification, CPhTs may use up to 5 hours of P-specific credit hours and CPhT-Adv up to 10 hours of P-specific credit hours.
CPE Monitor: When registering for this program, you will be asked to provide your NABP e-Provile ID # and Birthday. This information will be required by any participants seeking CPE credit.
