Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this application-based continuing pharmacy education activity, pharmacist participants should be able to:

1. Choose appropriate tools to allow for assessment of a given patient's suicide risk level.
2. Assess a patient's suicide risk level based on identified protective and risk factors.
3. Select an appropriate plan for a given patient based on their current suicide risk level.
