Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this knowledge-based continuing pharmacy education activity, pharmacist participants should be able to:

1. Review evidence supporting the use of ketamine in treating acute and chronic pain.
2. Indicate ketamine's place in pain management therapy.
3. Identify adverse reactions associated with ketamine use and associated limitations in pain management.

      PTCB requires CPhTs to submit 20 hours of pharmacy technician-specific (‘T-specific’) continuing pharmacy education (CPE) to qualify for recertification. Please advise all pharmacy technicians at your site of this change. As an ACPE accredited provider, ICHP will continue to include Technician specific programming in most if not all of our CPE programming.
