Target Audience: This knowledge-based activity was developed for Health-System Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
Faculty Disclosure: It is the policy of ICHP to ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all of its education programs. Any resident or fellow presentation is reviewed by a content specialist preceptor. These disclosures will be available at the program.
Activity Evaluation & CPE Submission Requirements: In order to receive continuing pharmacy education credit, attendees must complete an activity evaluation and CPE submission online at
www.CESally.com. After successful CPE submission, attendees may print their official CPE Monitor Transcript through their CPE Monitor account at

PTCB requires CPhTs to submit 20 hours of pharmacy technician-specific (‘T-specific’) continuing pharmacy education (CPE) to qualify for recertification. Please advise all pharmacy technicians at your site of this change. As an ACPE accredited provider, ICHP will continue to include Technician specific programming in most if not all of our CPE programming.
