However, you must still complete the check-out process to register. The cost for non-members to attend is $20. You may attend once as a non-member for free but thereafter must join ICHP as a member.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this knowledge-based continuing pharmacy education activity, pharmacist participants should be able to:
1. Review the common organisms to cause infection in an open fracture.
2. Define appropriate antimicrobial agents for open fracture prophylaxis.
3. Recognize the appropriate time to start prophylactic antimicrobial therapy.
4. Recall the appropriate duration of prophylactic antimicrobial therapy in open fractures.

PTCB requires CPhTs to submit 20 hours of pharmacy technician-specific (‘T-specific’) continuing pharmacy education (CPE) to qualify for recertification. Please advise all pharmacy technicians at your site of this change. As an ACPE accredited provider, ICHP will continue to include Technician specific programming in most if not all of our CPE programming.
CPE Monitor: When registering for this program, you will be asked to provide your NABP e-Provile ID # and Birthday. This information will be required by any participants seeking CPE credit.
