Register online below. Registration deadline is Friday, February 22, 2019 at 9:00 am. This program is free to ICHP members. However, those who do not attend and do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the program will be charged $50 to cover expenses. Pre-registration is required. Please bring a copy of your email registration confirmation with you to the meeting.

Seating is limited to the first 50 people. Student seating will limited to the first 10 students.

Learning Objectives for Pharmacists:

1. List the properties of hydrophilic antibiotics which predispose them to augmented renal clearance.
2. Recognize the importance of beta-lactam antibiotics in augmented renal clearance dosing.
